Put my hands down quite a bit on these. I was getting out of the habit and now I'm gettig back into it. I think its cause there was SO many reps. 
B. 170 (matched my pr) 
This was not pretty, but I did it on my first try. Attempted 175x2 and failed. Someday... 
C. 26. @ 155. That was heavy!!!

Did some MU practice at home. Leaving the metal rings up to practice at home. I want these to come easier to me. Especially a few strung together.

These felt good. The first couple i wasn't getting low enough and was working on that for the last ones.

This was really good. They felt the best they ever have. Really good practice. Def the most strict HSPU I've ever done

WOD: 21:25 ugh.
Took me 6:00 to do the MU. Did 1 at a time. tried to string 2 together in the beginning and failed so i figured i'd just take one at a time. I need to practice them swung together! 9:09 row. I hate rowing!

This was a good cardio wod. The rope felt really high for some reason, maybe cause I haven't done them in so long.

Wall balls at a 10ft target. I hate wall balls. I would rest on the wall balls without putting it on the ground. Those sucked!!!

Did 145, I attempted 155 and failed during warm up. 145 was super heavy! Failed 1 rep in second round.  This was my first wod with handstand walks. It was fun. After the wod, Mandy told me to lead with my feet, which totally makes since and I tired it out and it was way better.

This was kinda fun. Had a time to chase. Did all hspu and DU unbroken. Did 6/4 and 5/5 on C2B with little rest. Tried to just rest on the DU.

This was a hit or miss some pulls felt really good others just felt so heavy. I was really trying to work on my second pull.

Cleans were good. Burpees are just so slow. I don't know how to get faster at these.

These were super off today. I felt really weak and couldn't get under it. Just an off day a guess, my forearms were killing me.

Omg I hated every second of this wod. Front squats- (7-5-3/4-4-4/5-4) I was going really slow on the squats resting a lot in the rack position and rest a lot when I dropped it. I was just trying not to cry 😭😭 the only good thing I was doing in this wod was squat cleaning the first rep, which is an improvement for me.

This was mental. I thought I would be for sure be failing left and right, but I didn't fail 1 rep.👍 Gotta get over mental-ness on heavy snatches.

This was good. The second one was always so muh harder than the first. 

Wods- super secret team wods from heart breaker. Doing this really made me think about my competition mind set. Mentally, lately I just think about wods to just get through it, take your time etc. it was hard for me today to switch into the competition mind set of going fast,hard,not stopping,balls to the wall. I don't know if this is a "thing" now for me or if it was just today and the fact that it wasn't a real comp scenario. I hope it's not a new "thing" 

Ps: sups bummed I missed Amanda. I need to do that sometime soon, just to see if I can do it. 😜
