C. Glute ham raises 10-12x4; rest 2 min
D. 20 ghd sit ups x3; rest 2 min

A. 225,235,245,245,255!

C. 10, 10, 10, 10 
D. Done 

First day of the new girls prog. Super excited. The deadlifts let really ugly and I know my last set of 255 was sups ug, but I really wanted to hit that today. Clean and jerks felt pretty easy the whole time.
