A. 10-8-6-4-2 shoulder press 

B. Build to max 
2 push jerk 1 split jerk 

C. Wod: 
2 rounds 
800 m run 
30 HR push ups 
10 push jerks (115)

A. 45,55,75, 85,95 (1 rep) 

B. 140; tried 145 failed first push jerk. 

C. 12:41 push jerks got hard. I just wanted to split jerk it.
