Day after 13.3. My quads are super sore. This was kinda fun. 125 was heavy but manageable.
#125- first set of 5, then singles and sets of 2-3
#95- first set of 10 then artery much sets of 5.
CTB- sets of 5. Tried to take little rest between sets.
