3/11 front squats

A1) front squats 5x5 rest 30 sec
***125,125,125,135,145(3)
A2) strict pull ups 10,10,10,10,10 rest 2 min
***10,10,10,10,10
Front squats felt really good today. I was focusing on spreading my knees and keeping my elbows up. I did all 10 pull ups unbroken till the last round.

B) walking lunges 20x 4 rest 2 min
***75,85,90,95
These were hard 20 is a lot of reps.
WOD:
4 rounds
50 DU's
20 unbroken wall balls
10 C2B pull ups

This was a good wod mentally. Doing 20 unbroken wall balls sucked!! I was SO out of breath on the third round. I did the last 10 C2B pull ups unbroken. Trying to get into that mental game...go till it hurts BAD!!!
