A. 85# off a small box with 35 lb plate.
tried to work on staying over the bar and doing the hip hop. slow to the hips then look back with a fast pull

these were pretty easy, just getting through them

This is fun. I was kinda nervous. but i dropped each rep and just kept picking it up. I only rested once to get chalk, after 10 reps.
