6/11 nasty girls/tempo push press

Squats: did 25 in one spot walked about 4 steps and did 25 more. This helped to break it up slightly

115 I was really bad at this. The lowering for 3 was hard. 
B. Strict Handstand Pushups 
1 min. for max reps x3; rest 1 min. 
32 with ab mat. Wow!!! This is huge. Did quick sets of 1-5.

21 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pull #53/35 

10:50. Did 44lb KB by accident 😜 this was fun!!! Hard but fun!
