7/1 front squat/squat cleans

A. Front squat clusters
3, 3, 3, 3, 3 x 3; rest 30 sec/ 3 min
B. squat clean tng: 3, 3, 3; rest 3 min 
3 rounds: 
15 POwer cleans (105)
20 toes to bar 
25 burpees 

A. 135, 135, 140 
These felt really hard. Apparently we were just supposed to do 4 sets in the cluster, but we did 5. I was just working on "hips" and "knees" 

B. 125,130,130(2) 
I feel like I should be able to do more than this, but its that's stupid front squat. Apparent I wasn't actually doing TNG because I would rest in the hang position. On the last set I tried to not rest in the hang, but I couldn't hold on to it. Guess I should work on that.

I liked this wod. Did sets of 5 for the PCs,  10 for T2B and sprinted the last 25 burpees.
