A. Push Press

B. Push Jerk: 1 rep every 45 sec for 10 rounds (use 85-90%)

I wanted to do lift weight cause of my shoulder. These still kinda hurt, but it was ok. 

B. 115 

Wod: 7+25
I did bar dips instead, ring dips are hurting the shoulder. I hate dips, I need to keep practicing these.
