9/19 push jerk

20 KB swings (35) 
20 hspu 

A. 95,105,125,135,145
First time doing push jerks in like a month, and I feel good about the weight. 

B. 12:32 
Good wod. Fist time doing hspu since Regionals, no pain. Just a little sore after wod.
